The Seahawk program is founded on the belief that age group and senior competitive swimming offers an exciting and fun opportunity to develop skills, values, and friendships that will extend far beyond a swimmer's competitive career.

CAC was formed in 1983 by parents of Cincinnati Country Day School students to provide a competitive aquatic program. Although we still train at the newly renovated facility at Cincinnati Country Day School in Indian Hill, our USA swimming team is now managed by an independent board of directors. We have approximately 140 swimmers from many areas of Cincinnati and provide age group and national level training and competition opportunities in a team-oriented environment.
Benson Spurling has served as Head Coach of CAC since 1990. Coach Spurling has built an outstanding program with a highly talented coaching staff and a focus on providing continuity with an outstanding swimmer-coach ratio.

Each year the club hosts
the CAC Summer Classic at the beautiful "Olympic-size" aquatic
center at Oxford, Ohio as well as several meets in our home pool at
Cincinnati Country Day School. Our meet schedule takes us to World-class
natatoriums such as IUPUI and the University of Kentucky.
