I. Schedule Changes and Announcements

·         Practice, Friday May 18^th regular schedule due to no Friday night meet. Sr. will be in the a.m. 5:00-7:00 a.m.

·         Saturday May19th combined all groups flex at 8:10 a.m. and the practices will go as follows… A-1 8:30-9:30, A-2 8:30-10:00, A-3 8:30-10:00 and T-1, T-2 and Sr. 8:30-10:30 a.m.

·         Our new coach, Paige Bainum will be working with our A-1 and A-2 groups. She grew up in Palo Alto, California south of San Francisco. She has been swimming since she was two years old and up through High School. She was a life guard and taught swim lessons at the Palo Alto YMCA and the Sharon Heights Country Club in California. Paige received a BBA major from the College of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2005. Her husband Brian Bainum of Williamsburg, Ohio and their new born son, Xavier, live in Eden Park Ohio. Paige enjoys traveling to Europe and the South Pacific and watching her son learn and grow. She is excited to join the CAC family.

·         No practice Monday may 28^th due to Memorial Day.

II.  Status Of Meet Entries

MAKO Sprint Meet (Replacing Wildcat!);Oxford ,OH; May 19-20, 2007:Details for this meet will be available this week.  Be sure to check your folders and the website.
• Cross-town Splashdown; University of Cincinnati; May 26, 2007: This is a dual meet between CAC and the Sycamore Flying Fish.  All swimmers should attend this sanctioned meet at UC’s 50M pool. Entries are past due.  If you have not indicated to your coach your plans, please do so ASAP! 
• CAC Summer Classic; Miami University; June 8-10, 2007: This meet is closed. Details will be available  the week of the meet. 
• Northern Kentucky Clippers, David Webb Invitational; June 22-24, 2007: This meet is closed. More information to follow the week of the meet. 
• Ohio Open Water Championship; East Fork Lake; June 26, 2007: All swimmers with cuts are encouraged to participate in the fun meet. Information is available on the website. Sign up forms will be out later this season. 
• Fisher Summer Jam; Fisher (Indianapolis), IN; July 6-8, 2007: This meet is closed.  Details will be available the week of the meet

 III. Coaches Corner
