I. Schedule Changes and Announcements

·         Seahawks win 7th straight Crosstown Splashdown cup. In the first long course meet at the new UC pool, Seahawks/SFF had a fun dual  meet. The final scores…CAC 320, SFF 140 ( CAC 148, SFF 88 score for the boys and CAC 172, SFF 52 for the girls score breakdown)

·         Thank you to UC for the opportunity to swim in their new pool and to all the parents, volunteers and swimmers who make this a fun-spirited event.·         June 14th, Thursday we will practice only in the a.m. due to the Team’s Red outing. No p.m. practice on June 14th, Thursday.

·         Starting Thursday, June 21st we will have the following Thursday p.m. schedule for the rest of the summer…Sr 3:50-5:30 weights 5:30-6:15,     A-1 5:10-6:30 and A-2 5:10-6:45. Note: These changes will be updated soon on our master practice schedule found on our web-site.

·         Note: Correction in number to call for reservations at USA Sectionals. The correct number 216-524-3600. Sorry for the confusion.

II. Status Of Meet Entries

CAC Summer Classic;Miami University; June 8-10, 2007: This meet is closed. Details will be available the week of the meet.

 Northern Kentucky Clippers, David Webb Invitational; June 22-24, 2007: This meet is closed. More information to follow the week of the meet. 

Ohio Open Water Championship; East Fork Lake; June 26, 2007: Qualified swimmers have received invitations. Entry sign ups and worker forms will be available this week. 

Fisher Summer Jam; Fisher (Indianapolis), IN; July 6-8, 2007: This meet is closed.  Details will be available the week of the meet. 

 

Ohio Age Group Regional Champs; Silverlake Rec Center, Northern KY; July 13-15, 2007: All Age Group swimmers who do not have their JO (AA) cuts are expected to attend this meet.  More information will be available soon. Coaches will be selecting the swimmers events for this meet. 

Ohio Junior Olympic (AA) Championships; Miami U; July 19-22, 2007: All Age Group swimmers who have JO cuts are expected to participate in this meet.  Some swimmers without individual cuts will be swimming on relays.  If you will not be able to attend this meet, please tell your coach ASAP!

 

III. Coaches Corner Congrats on winning the 7th Splashdown in a row. We now get ready to swim fast at the CAC Summer Classic in just 2 weeks. With school ending soon, please stay ahead of your school work and train at your highest level.
