Wednesday, November 30th CCDS has a Jr. High home meet. We will have the following adjusted schedule… T-2, Sr/Nat 5:15-7:00 and A-3, T-1 regular schedule.

Thursday, December 1st CCDS has a high school “home” meet. We will be on the following adjusted schedule….A-1 6:00-7:15, A-2 6:00-7:30, T-2 dryland 7:00-7:30 water 7:30-8:45, and Sr/Nat Weights 6:30-7:30 water 7:30-8:45.

Wednesday, December 7th CCDS HS home meet. We will be on the adjusted schedule…..A-3/T-1 6:15-7:30, T-2/Sr/Nat 7:15-8:45.

The new starting blocks are in! They are great! Big thank you to Chip Carrigan and Mike Rice for the leg work to get these outstanding blocks for our Seahawks.

Swim-a-thon times… Monday November 28th Sr/Nat from 4:30-6:20, T/1 and A/3 from 6:45-8:45. Tuesday Novmeber 29th A/1 and A/2 from 6:30-8:30 at CCDS. Sr and T/2 will have practice from 4:30-6:30. T/2 will have dryland from 6:30-7:00 and Sr will have weights from 6:30-7:15. T/1 is off.

Monday November 28th is picture day… Team photo from 6:20-6:45. Everyone should come. H-1,H-2,A-1,A-2,A-3,and T-1 can pick up their shirts around 6:00. Sr and T-2 can get their shirts when done swimming. Parents please help out with counting laps or DJ or drinks. Please sign up.

It is not too late to make a reservation for the CAC Block Party! To date, we have raised $4,800 towards our share of the blocks. Commitment cards can be placed in the folder marked CAC Block Party Fund. Don't miss out on the celebration.

Northern Kentucky Clipper Mid-Winter Classic, January 13-15, 2006
: Meet information is available in the folders and on the website. This is a prelim-final meet. All Seahawks should attend. Entry forms are due by December1. This meet will be processed immediately, so please turn in your entries on time! Your entry committee does not plan to work over the holiday.
