A big thank you to all who helped with the swim-a-thon. Please remember that the money is due by this Friday the 16th of December. No cash please! Make checks payable to CAC and write swim-a-thon in the memo section. Place the envelope in the Louis folder. For those of you who got pledges of more than $180, we will have sample sizes of the pants soon so that we can order the correct sizes. We will also let you know soon when the "pie your coach" is happening. Any questions please call Petra @ 271-0202 or Diane Steinberg @697-9908.

If you have not responded, please consider a donation towards the new starting blocks. Contributions of all amounts are appreciated…$25, $50, $100…all will help us reach our goal.

MAKO : We finished a strong 3rd with 2430 points out of 21 teams. This was our strongest showing at this meet in our team’s history. This meet was solid from Friday night through Sunday night finals. We swam fast in the prelims and came back and improved most of our final swims. Outstanding spirit was seen as our Seahawks had a ton of LTBS, heat and event winners. This meet set up our 2nd half of the season very well. We now need to have a great December holiday training period as we make a big push to championships. GO Hawks!!!
