I. Schedule Changes and Announcements
- Wow, what a great kick
off to our first IMX meet. The coaches were very pleased with the way our
Seahawks swam. We had 193 LTBS and dropped a total of 1006.60 seconds as a
team. The spirit was high and everyone was having a great time. Many of our
swimmers swam events for the first time. We showed no fear attacking our
races. Thank you to Mike Rice and all of our outstanding parent volunteers
for running a great meet.
- Thanksgiving week.
- Thursday, November
22nd Thanksgiving- all groups off.
- Friday, November 23rd
practice schedules will go as follows… Sr/Nat 12:10-2:30, T-2/T-1
2:15-4:30, A-3/A-2 4:30-6:30, A-1 4:30-5:45.
- Saturday, November
24th we are on regular practice schedule
- The annual CAC Parent
Social was a big success. There were record numbers of new and old parents.
Fun was had by all. Thank you to Kim and (Ray, “ I just work here”) Jackson
for making the event so great.
- Friday, November 28th
will be the first CCD S swim meet.
II. Status Of Meet Entries
- Sycamore Val Lyons
Invitational;December 1-2, 2007: This meet is closed. More information will
be available the week of the meet.
- MAKO Speedo Holiday
Classic; December 7-9, 2007: This meet is closed. Please check the bulletin
board to verify your entry.
- CAC Distance Meet;
December 15, 2007: This meet is for any swimmer who is interested in
swimming the mile. Entry forms will be available this week. Entries will be
due December 1.
- CAC January
Invitational; January 6, 2007: This 12 and under swim your age meet is for
all 12 and Under Seahawks. Meet information will be available soon.
