I. Schedule Changes and Announcements

• Sprint Meet Week is here. We will warm up in two groups on Saturday, October 6th. T-2, Sr1, Sr 2, Nat   flex 9:40, 10:00-11:30, 11:45-12:45 sports study and a bite to eat and sprints 1:00-1:10. A-1, A-2, A-3, T-1   flex 11:10-11:30, warm up 11:30-12:15, sprints 1:00-1:10. Meet starts at 1:15.
• Meet the coach night/parent meetings… A-1 at stepping stones Tuesday, October 16th 7:30-8:00.  A-2 at CCDS Friday, October 12th 7:15-7:45. A-3 at CCDS Friday, October 12 7:15-7:45. T-1 at CCDS Friday, October 12th 6:00-6:15. T-2 at CCDS Friday, October 12th 6:00-6:15. Sr1, 2,Nat at CCDS Tuesday, October 16th 5:30-6:00.
• Summer Awards Night will be Thursday, October 11th from 6-8 p.m. in the CCDS cafeteria. Details to follow in your folders.
• Nova Care will be coming Wednesday, October 17th 3:45-7:30.
• Meet pep talk coming soon. “Sign up sheet”.
• SCRIPS orders are due in to www.shopwithscrips.com by Friday Oct 5.  Please print out the form and place with a check in the scrips folder.  Orders will be available for pickup by Wed. Oct 10.  I will try to figure out a convenient way to handle pickups based upon everyone’s schedule.  If you have any questions call Marci Wheeler at 677-5666. 
• KROGER GIFT CARDS- Kroger gift cards are available to all new and returning families, and can be used to reduce your CAC charges. Whenever you use the CAC Kroger gift card, you will receive a 4% credit on all your Kroger purchases. This credit can be used to offset your monthly CAC billing. If you would like more info, or would like a card, please email Betsy Warwick, or contact by phone.

II. Status Of Meet Entries

• CAC Sprint Challenge; Saturday, October 6, 2007:  Details and worker assignments will be available on line this week. 
• Northern Kentucky Clippers Halloween Express; October 20-21, 2007: This meet is closed. More information will be available the week of the meet. 
• Cincinnati Aquatic Club Pentathlon; Saturday, October 27, 2007: Meet entry forms and worker forms are due by Saturday October 6. 
• Riviera Swim Team Fall Invite 2007; November 9-11, 2007: This information is available. Entries are due by October 9.
